Chilton ran the table and leads the way as the All-Eastern Wisconsin Conference Softball Teams were released. You can say that Chilton catcher Karissa Juckem also ran the table. Juckem, daughter of Tiger head coach Jay Juckem, is First Team catcher for the fourth year in a row and largely because of that, was voted EWC Player of the Year.

She hit .478 in conference play and had a conference best nine doubles while having the reputation of being the best defensive catcher in the conference.
The Tigers have four other First Team picks including sophomore pitcher Andrea Schmitz. She was 12-0 in EWC action with a conference-best 0.79 earned run average.
Seniors Alysha Brickl (infield) and Haley Grube (outfield) repeat as First Teamers. It is Brickl’s third time on the First Team making it previously as a pitcher and she was honorable mention as a freshman outfielder. Grube hit .460 in conference play and is a unanimous pick, as is Brickl and Chilton outfielder Amber Halbach. Halbach hit a robust .466.
For the third year in a row, New Holstein’s MacKenzie Doherty earns First Team at shortstop. She was ninth in the EWC in batting at .479.
