Recent Kiel High School graduate and current UW-Madison student Sam Ruh came back to Kiel for a special performance with the Wisconsin Singers.

This is Ruh’s first year with the college troupe as he pursues a degree in computer engineering at the college.
Entertaining crowds for 49 years and focusing on core values of professionalism, education, service, accountability, family, and enjoyment, the Singers spent the day working with Kiel’s Waves of Rhythm show choir sharing their love of music and performance while also sharing their college experiences. Ruh performed with the show choir during high school.

Well known for their high energy choreographed shows featuring talented vocal renditions of popular American music spanning seventy decades, the troupe entertained Saturday’s crowd with music ranging from Broadway selections and costume inspired kid’s favorites to eighties classics and current radio tunes.
Ruh thanked the crowd and his family for their support and gave special praise to Kiel Vocal Music Director Jonathan Delray, who he said was instrumental in helping him land a spot with the Singers.
