To the editor:
We should have term limits at all levels of government.
Sadly, those in office do not want term limits and thus we have people filling roles with no new leadership. I would like to address this topic relative to the upcoming April elections.
There is an opportunity to put new thinking and representation into the two positions for the Kiel Area School District Board. As you go to the polls, you will see two new names on the ballot—Robert Jones and Phillip Schaefer. I encourage you to consider these two candidates since their backgrounds and work experience can provide new and fresh knowledge to the KASD. Since there are not term limits, it is up to the voters to create change.
