The long-term financial plan for Manitowoc County is fairly straightforward.
Our priorities are to hold the line on taxes and deliver high quality services while keeping our debt low, continuing with a robust capital improvement program, and maintaining our county trunk roads and equipment.  
Looking back at the year ended on Dec. 31, 2018 we see a good example of that. We held the line on taxes and the typical county taxpayer had a tax decrease for 2018.
