Sunday morning Annie and I took a ride to Manitowoc, had a good breakfast, then we went down to the lake shore.
We found one of the peregrine falcons and a greater scaup and the rest of the birds were common. Then we headed to the Sheboygan harbor. The strong east winds made for difficult birding but Annie did find the harlequin female duck. It’s always a treat to see her again. Nothing else was new there.
So now I’m in my deer stand, writing my story for the week, it is the last nite of bow hunting for the 2018 season.
