For parents of children between the ages of 3-1/2 and 5 who are interested in enrolling them in an educational, play-based program, there are still spots open for the 4K class at Kiel Cooperative Preschool.

The preschool believes teachers, students, and families make the community strong and have kept the school going since 1972. The foundations of early childhood education are developed through play-based activities in which children work both individually and in cooperative groups. Creativity, critical thinking, and sensory experiences help sharpen their communication and observational skills. Staff help strengthen each child’s natural curiosity with STEM-based activities, an abundance of books, and a lot of outdoor walks, giving them the opportunity to fully explore the world around them. If the child is already enrolled in a morning program, consider adding the afternoon class at KCP to increase their skills in preparation for kindergarten. Please contact teacher@ourkcp.org or call 894-7451. For more information visit www.ourkcp.org. Above, current student Eva Konen plays in the classroom which is located at Kiel City Hall.
