The second annual summer carnival, hosted by the Friends of the Community Center, was a big hit with families last Thursday. A wide range of activities, from gunny sack races to musical performances to pie baking and kayak racing helped bring families to the public buildings located at one of Kiel’s key community locations on South Third Street, also known as Indian Hill.
