To the editor:
Congratulations, Brad Ebert and Charlie Achter of the Kiel School District for presenting two referendum questions that are a common sense approach to the City of Kiel taxpayers.
One year ago the School Board presented the 2017 referendum questions that would cost taxpayers $116 on a $100,000 home assessment. The total for both 2018 referendum questions will only cost $28 on a $100,000 home, which includes the same projects intact at a reduced cost and debt structure that works for the taxpayers and the School District.
