Mount Calvary Firemen’s Parade as families and friends reunite in the shade of trees along the parade route, and Sunday’s event was no different.

Mrs. Wisconsin Kim Galske of Fond du Lac rode in the parade. Youngsters generally asked permission before dousing hot parade watchers with a little water from the Greenbush Fire Department vehicle, bagpipers are always a popular part of any local parade, especially when marching in front of a group of veterans. Below left, the Holyland Snowflyers snowmobile club had an impressive float which also paid tribute to one of Mount Calvary’s favorite sons, Jamie Mertens, who passed away recently.
