The New Holstein High School Business Marketing class teamed up  with Premier Financial Credit Union’s Husky Branch located in the High School.

The class launched the “Escape Poverty Challenge” to promote financial literacy in grades 9 to 12. High School students created teams to work together to answer a total of seven financial literacy questions. Each team submitted their answer for each question and if successful, the team was given a combination to unlock the next box with the next question until the end. The first team to answer all seven questions correctly received $75 and second place received $25 from the Premier Financial Credit Union’s Husky Branch. Taking part in the presentation were (from left) Ashley Lisowe, Izzy Casper (not shown), Sonny Schaar (Husky Branch), Brad Grant (Husky Branch), Jessica Pawling, Olivia Franzen, and Julie Moyer (NHHS Business Marketing educator).
