Margie Mueller, 85, of Plymouth, passed away on Sunday afternoon, March 19, 2017, surrounded by her loving family at the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.
She was born in St. Ann, Calumet County, on April 3, 1931, to Alfred and Elenora (Jugenheimer) Schaller.
Her parents moved to Kiel in 1942 where she attended the Catholic school, graduated from Kiel High School in 1949, followed by the Milwaukee Accredited School of Cosmetology. She was employed at the former Kane’s Beauty Salon.
In 1952 she married Alvin J. Mueller at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kiel. They made their home in Plymouth.
She was a homemaker most of her married life. For twenty years she helped out at the Steinhardt’s Mink Farm as a mink tacker during pelting season.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and a former member of the Christian Mothers.
Margie enjoyed her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were all very important to her. Taking care of the yard work and flowers kept her busy. The many trips with her husband to Las Vegas and two trips to New Mexico and Florida were all enjoyed.
Survivors include her husband Alvin; two daughters, Karla (John) Buhler and Connie (Rod) Gross; three sons, Larry “Mel” (Kathy) Mueller, Rod (Barb) Mueller and Ron Mueller; grandchildren, Tami (Rob) Shaw, Sara (Brad) Ribbens, Danyel (Kieth) Brachman, Jessica (Matt) Holfeltz, Nicole (Jason) Lensmire, Melissa (Pete) Fricke, Andrea Mueller, Ron (Alicia) Mueller and Luke Walker; step grandchild Jennifer Oderkirk; great-grandchildren, Shawn Menzer, Avery Ribbens, Savanna Menzer, Haven Ribbens, Caitlin Shaw, Mindy Shaw, Ian Lensmire, Lillyanna Holfeltz, Natalie Lensmire, Addyson Holfeltz and Aveya Mueller; step great-grandchild Paige Riese; niece Kim Sebo of Kiel; nephew Jeff (Debbie) Greuel of Little Chute; two sister-in-law’s, Geralyn (David) Richart and Patricia (Keith) Stephen; two brother-in-law’s, Vern Greuel of Kiel and Terry Mueller. She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson Jeramie; In laws, Alvin and Helen Mueller; one sister Mary Low Greuel.
Following Margie’s wishes there will be NO VISITATION or SERVICES. Private family graveside service will be held.
